  • contributed to product development and feasibility evaluation

  • managed manufacturer orders and ensured on-time delivery

  • oversaw inventory flow from import to warehouse to export

  • conducted quality assurance on samples and final products

• creative & campaign production

  • coordinated and prepared the studio photoshoot

  • supported the campaign shoot with wardrobe, venue, and logistics to ensure smooth execution

• e-commerce & catalog management

  • uploaded and maintained product data in shopify

  • tracked stock allocation, including ambassador distribution, and kept accurate cost records

• finance & vendor relations

  • tracked project finances, collected invoices, and negotiated payment terms with vendors

• community & launch activation

  • organised the soft-launch group ride, including ambassador sizing and logistics
